Appearance: Akira is very light and pale on the skin. He looks like he wears contacts, but of course they're not. He stands at 4'11" and weights a light weight of 95lbs, just skin and bones really; petite to say. He often has many piercings along his facial features such as his lip, brow, nose, and on the neck and chest area. Aki likes to wear boots with everything and hates heavy clothing, yet likes it somewhat formal.

Personality: He is rather quiet and reserve, yet random sometimes and unpredictable. Aki can be sweet then bitter the next minute; almost like a bipolar effect.

History:
Akira was born back in 1893, back in Kyoto, Japan during the Meiji era. He was the son of a rather poor family and he worked all day even as a child, laboring in the fields to collect money for his family while they had their own jobs as well. He was the only child while having a weak mother and an aging father. The government was rather corrupted during those times, due to foreign affairs, which had forced taxes to rise greatly, giving Akira and the Uchiyama family no choice but to be homeless. Although they managed to live in the most rundown shack they could find, Akira had big dreams, dreams to help his family, dreams to just be someone people could be proud of; the typical poor child will and hope.

Though all that was when he was only 8 years old. As the years passed, Akira became rather angry a lot, and would have sudden tantrums and outbursts. He just seemed bipolar, but there was really something else in him, and that was a demon. He became alert, hostile, just so sudden with his actions. He became paranoid and would sometimes hit his own mother due to not being able to control his temper. Akira soon learned to suppress his behavior though, but it turned into bodily pain at the age of 14, and it wasn't just puberty. He was walking by the mountains to ease his mind from studies and just smelled something ...sweet, yet it was too sweet, almost like the nectar of a glistening peach sweet, but it quickly turned so foul that it was despised. He didn't know it was, but he followed it and took hold of what it was once reached, just strangling what he soon noticed when it was too late; it was a person. That sweet, yet foul to him, scent soon vanished and everything seemed so quiet, even nature itself was silent as if everything he felt was alive died along with whom he killed, which was an angel. He decided to run away from home right then.

It would be predictable that he kept up with the killings, which he did, some out of panic and confusion and some for sheer fun and amusement. By this time, he knew what he was and his aging had died down to the extreme. He had already witnessed the Taisho period after, following WWI just to see all that was happening. Akira was a traveler, unafraid of anything that may come his way. When WWII came he was still loyal to his country, fleeting to America just to witness the prison camps himself of his own people, causing random killings of American soldiers just as an angry plea of the situation, though it was kept on the downlow due to how silent it would be, as if the victims just ran away and didn't die.
In the present, he ended up in Mysteria due to following the scent of angels. He could smell the most from that city in North Dakota and wanted to just get rid of it. It didn't make him so angry anymore though, he wanted to have fun with it and take his time. He couldn't rid them all yet, he has his whole immortal life to do it.

Flaws:
.Paranoid: this makes Akira just lash out at anyone at anytime. He fears what he does will come back around...sometimes.
.Psychological Disorder: He is very bipolar and has been since a child. His emotions waver from highs to lows in a snap. And a split personality disorder. One moment he's back to the sweet boy he was, then all hell can break loose.
.Slipped Seeming: Though Japanese, his eyes are always a bright aquamarine, naturally.

Merits:
.Angel/Demon Sense: Obviously to sense when an angel is near without any effort.
.heightened Sense: He could also smell some angels if they're hiding. It's what helps him find one when he can't pick up their presence psychologically.
